Puerto Morelos Reception

Are there any nice beachfront restaurants that can host a recption in Puerto Morelos? I love Dreams RC however if we have more than 30 people the budget will get out of hand. I'm in need of alternatives. I know there are nice ones in Playa but based on the map that ride maybe more than I'm willing to have everyone sit for. I'm guessing its at least a 30 minute ride.

I don't know the answer but my aunt and uncle stayed in puerto Morelos once and they loved it!

After doing a little more research it seems as though it is a small fisherman's town. There aren't any beachfront restaurants like in Playa since the citizens work hard to prevent the area from becoming "commercialized".

Ahhh bummer, authentic is nice though.

I know right. I guess I will have to stick to the advice from the "Is it tacky to put a limit on the guest count" thread...lol
