If you wanted, you could actually incorporate all those colors -- make a layered drink!

You just need to find things with the right density -- heavier alcohols on the bottom (liqueurs), lighter ones on the top. It makes it easier if you do "slushy" type drinks, because you can modify the densities by planning with the water/sugar contents.

Here's something you could do with a slushy drink:

You could do frozen watermellon for the pink, and maybe bits of frozen kiqi for the green?

And then for the navy, maybe some blue curacao (it's orangy like triple-sec), or some hpnotiq like in this recipe?

I've also seen recipes with pina-colada mix and grenadine / strawberry for pink. Though with that, the pina colada mix would have to go on the bottom though (since the pina colada would be the most sugary)

I haven't tried these personally, but there's definitely some experimentation you could do if you wanted :) Just figure out the densities and be reallyreallyreally careful when you pour. Or not -- you can put the drink in the fridge, and it'll all eventually separate out to it's proper densities in a few hours :)

Thanks for a great thread girls!

One of my fav drinks is Midori, Vodka & 7Up/Sprite. Some people put OJ in it, but I prefer it without. Its a little bit sweet, but more fresh than sweet. Perfect for hot summer days!

Also, love a Bellini.

cherry vodka is divine! I like it with sprite or 7-up for an adult cherry-limeade. I also like the rasberry vodka with it.

You have me convinced now! I love the Absolut Pear Vodka, really nice & refreshing, just add some 7-up/sprite to that too!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
