oh man. exhausted. I have had no time to exercise.. I'm hoping that my portion control is helping while I am not getting a lot of exercise. Both of my ultimate games were cancelled this week due to the fields being too waterlogged. This summer is shaping up to be rain filled and lame. I'm still waiting to get the Insanity workout from a co-worker but I am unsure as to how well it will go, seeing that I live on the third floor of an apartment building and when I do jumping jacks, I feel like a herd of elephants lol.

It's been raining every day here!!!!  My workout of choice is rollerblading on the bike path we have here.  I havent done squat.  Had a migraine yesterday, so i couldn't go to the gym.  I really despise doing the elliptical....i have no motivation...i want to put on my skates and just GO! 

 

I wish i had one of those videos to borrow from someone.  Maybe if i put out feelers on FB someone will have it haha.

 

I also live on the third floor, but there is a parking garage is below me - so i can jump as much as i want haha.

I've been super busy at work and getting ready for vacation next week, going wedding dress shopping on saturday and as of this morning I've lost 2lbs *yay*

I'm on the second floor but we hated our neighbors and did insanity and didn't care if they were annoyed LOL

It's been raining here non stop too and when it isn't raining it's like 100 degrees outside *ugh*

bahaha I love the "that is whack" guy! yeah.. the people below us suck.. we had my FI over for the weekend and being 2 and a half he loves to play the game of running and jumping into your ams, so we stood at one side of the hall and Liam started at the other and ran and jumped.. it was 7 at night, we were letting him get some energy out before bed at 7:45 and they banged on the ceiling with a broom.. stupid people. So maybe I will do it to piss them off!

 

I wanna learn to rollerblade! I feel like it wouldn't be too difficult, but I'm afraid of falling lol.. I'm such a baby.

I ordered a juicer last week and can't wait for it to arrive! Gonna try a 7-10 day juice cleanse. They say most people lose 10 lbs?! I don't know about that much, but it will be interesting to see how it goes.

 

Aside from that, I am now at 125-127 (ranges day to day, which is normal) My goal is 115. I can do it!!

you got this! That's awesome :) I think my goal is 125.. still got some weight to loose... my problem is I have a ghetto booty lol.. I have noticed that it is getting a little bit firmer and less cellulite along with my thights.. so I am, just going to keep it up while trying portion control :)

Nothing wrong with having some junk in the trunk! :)

Just do some stairs (and SQUATS!) and tighten it up if you need to. I bet your FI loves it! Haha.

bahahha he does love it... I don't want it gone, just firmer. so squats it is :) I've noticed since I've started running, it also has made a huge difference! I just need the motivation to keep it up.. I find I get so bored just going to the gym. But I have no time for the classes at other gyms. I've got like a year and a half before my wedding, so lots of time to work on stuff :) I also start a new job in July, it's an hour long walk.. so I'm thinking that will be a good way to get some exercise in. Lots of hills and stuff, so it should be good :) Also thinking of trying to roller blade there.. or buy a bike! but carrying a bike up 3 flights of stairs to store in my apartment is not fun..I live in the ghetto and don't trust locking it up outside lol

Look into the foldaway bikes! They are pricier but make storing them so much easier. I love biking. Amazing full body workout if you think about it.
