Who planned your honeymoon?

We are starting to plan our Honeymoon and have been thinking about that old tradition of the man planning the HM...I am interested in how you did it!

I'd never heard of that tradition, interesting. We planned it together, he paid for it though

We worked on it together... We knew we were going to stay in Jamaica, and had a few places we really wanted to stay at, so we duked it out and decided to go to 2 of them! I'm really excited. We're also thinking about doing scuba certification during our honeymoon - though we may do it before we go. I can't wait!

I gave the job to him, because I thought it would be the 1 "fun" thing he could do to help plan. Well, as of today, we have nothing planned yet...surprise surprise! So, I guess I should get on that...thanks for reminding me!

Thanks, Alyssa! I just went on Trip Advisor and starting looking around. I want to stay in Jamaica for 3 nights after our guests leave, most likely in Ocho Rios or Montego Bay (Negril is too far for just a few nights). I like Jamaica Inn and a few others. I'm also looking at the Island Outpost Hotels that Jenn (Hopels) is staying.

Rockhouse is in Negril. It was one of the places we were torn about... we decided to stay at the Caves instead, but Rockhouse looks amazing! If you're thinking about Negril at all, check out Tensing Pen as well Tensing Pen.
