Hi ladies! I'm so happy I found this site. We're getting married in June 2014 at the Grace Bay Club. Expecting about 70-75 people I think.

I'm actually wondering if anyone has a good suggestion for a rehearsal dinner somewhat close to GBC? We won't just be having our wedding party - we will probably have everyone who is invited to the wedding (so 65-75 people total). It's basically like a whole wedding but I really want to stay under $4K total. I've already been looking at Bay Bistro, but is there another nice option?

Congratulations! Bay Bistro is awesome, we did our rehearsal at the Conch Shack. It was heavenly.

Hi Ladies! Your feedback would be so greatly appreciated..

We are planning to have our wedding at Grace Bay Club on Aug 2014. We are planning to have a site visit in March. Looking at the prices that wedding planners charge, it seems that an outside wedding planner cost less than doing it through GBC. Did you find this to be true?

For a party of 30-50 people, would you hire GBCs in house wedding coordinator or an outside one? Tropical Destination Wedding Management put together a wedding that I really like, but if doing it through GBC will cost less then I would go with them.
