Planning Before Landing & Paradisus Varadero

Hi

 

Just wondering how much planning you were able to get done with the coordinator before getting to Cuba? 

 

I'm looking at Paradisus Varadero or Sol Melia. After attending another destination wedding as a guest, I found the bride and groom seemed to spend a lot of their pre-wedding time planning/in meetings for the day, which used up a lot of their free time leading up to the ceremony and reception. I was wondering if there is a way to plan and make selections (as many as possible) before hand.

I'm planning to get married at the paradisus varadro as well.....i have no idea where to even start!
