Wedding dress shopping in Calgary

Hi everyone! I live in northern BC and I am headed to Calgary to go dress shopping in June. I have 2 days set up for this. What wedding dress shops do you recommend which have great service, alterations and reliable? Does anyone have a great story to make me go to a particular place or a consultant they used? I haven't booked any appointments but need to do this ASAP so comment ASAP Thanks! Laurissa;)

I highly recommend Novia Mia. All of their gowns are customizable and less than $1500, the owner Adriana is amazing and so helpful! I purchased my gown from there but I also went to Beautiful Bride to try on a different selection of dresses. I've heard awful things about Ethos which is why I steered clear of there. My suggestion is to not make too many appointments because you can easily overwhelm and confuse yourself, dress shopping is exhausting!!

I got my dress from a store on McLeod called Jessicas Bridal they were awesome, then I didnt buy it that day it was down to two different dresses but I went back about 2 1/2 weeks later and all three woman remembered me and pulled the two that I loved without asking to see the paper that they wrote them on.

 

It was nice becasue my first day I went to Beautifal Bride, I heard it was great, and I had a horrible appointment, but it may have been the consultant working that day.
