Tips for Wedding Coordinator

Hello Everyone,

 

I sincerely apologize if this is in the wrong place. I am about to hire a wedding coordinator and I was wondering if anyone had any general tips for what to look for and what to stay away from when selecting one. Or if you have any suggestions for good questions to ask during the interview process.

a good question to ask is how many weddings they do book in 1 month/ week/weekend so you can get an idea of how much time they will dedicate to your wedding and make sure they only do 1 wedding a day! Also if they have payment plans (that can be helpful $$ wise). What kind of packages do they have? IE unlimited Skype/face time; phone calls, emails etc.
