Iberostar Paraíso Maya & Lindo Brides 2014!!!

Hey girls,

 

My fiancé and I are currently in the process of securing our date at the Iberostar Paraíso Maya or Lindo. Right now we are waiting to hear back from our TA to see if the date we have requested is available. I thought it would be fun to start a thread for Iberostar Mexico brides. We are at the beginning stages of this process so if anyone has any tips or advice I would really appreciate it!

Both resorts Ibero paraiso lindo & Maya have very great location for wedding ceremony and portrait session! I love the Piramid with a bar inside!

Hi there!  I am new to this website!  I am also considering the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo as a possible wedding venue/resort.  We are also looking into the Gran Porto.  May I ask why you both chose Iberostar?  I have so many questions and have no idea where to even begin!

We chose Iberostar because we recently went to a friends wedding at Iberostar Punta Cana. We had an amazing time there and absolutely loved the resort! The food was decent, the entertainment was great, and the pools and beach were beautiful. The staff at the Iberostar was amazing, they were very attentive and the grounds were extremely clean.

Our date has been officially confirmed for November 10th, 2013!!  Now I need to secure a photographer, dj (possibly), and go dress shopping!! I'm so nervous to do that part!  Any ideas for possible vendors??  I love "moments that matter" photography, but we have a smaller budget and I'm wondering what packages work for our smaller price range .  Do any brides have suggestions for vendors??

May I ask why you ladies chose the Lindo instead of the Iberostar Maya, del Mar or Beach?
