Hi Everyone,

 

We are getting married at Iberostar Grand Rose June 2013 and was wondering if anyone has used digipix as their photographer lately?  I have seen mixed reviews and the quality of pictures wasn't the best.  I'm wondering if they've improved over the last couple years or if it would be worth looking for an outside vendor.  Any comments or input would be greatly appreciated

Hi, we are also using digipix for our wedding at the IRHB in March... At least for the 12 photos we are getting for "free" with the wedding pkg.  

 

We are also interested in hearing any reviews (positive/negative) from folks who have used their services recently and it would be great to see some sample photos.

Hopefully we will hear from anyone who has used digipix before your wedding, if not you'll have to post when you come back and give your feedback.  I'll be interested in hearing your reviews.  I've checked on some outside vendors however they are a bit more than what we wanted to budget on photos.

 

Best of luck with your wedding!  Please post and let us know what you thought of the resort and having your wedding there.  We are very excited about ours.

Do you have your photos?  How did they come out?  I'm getting married at IRHB in March and I'm trying to decide if I should use digipix.  I haven't seen any recent reviews, all the reviews are old.

Getting married at the iberostar Grand on 11/8/14 and wasn't too sure about digipix for photography. We decided to go with Misha Earle. The only thing is she doesn't do videography so maybe we can just use them for that??

We were married at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in April and used DigiPix for photos and video (mainly because it was a pain to book another vendor at Iberostar). Honestly, I really don't think the price was worth the product, and DigiPix wasn't easy to deal with on the business end.  

 

Regarding the video specifically: I thought the DigiPix video was really cheesy, but my mom and husband thought it was fine.  

 

If I could do it again, I would have looked for another photographer.
