I've been getting a lot of conflicting information on the subject of what I need to do/obtain marriage certificate-wise in order to ensure that my marriage is recognized in New York when I return, and I am able to change my name with as few hiccups as possible.  Any information you all can give me will be helpful, as the resorts don't have the answers!
