How to support friends/family who are TTC?

I wanted to get some thoughts on what would be ok/appreciated to do for couples you know are going through fertility issues. I want to show my friend I am there for her without over stepping and they don't really make cards for this! Everyone showers new and to-be parents with gifts and cards, but what about those trying to become parents?

Honestly lend an ear and let them vent, cry, whatever they need. A gift card isn't going to help in this situation and support is what's needed most

Yup- let her know you don't know help she's feeling but that you will be there for whatever she needs. What she needs now is a friend.

Just be there for her if she opens up and wants to talk about it. some days she might want to and some days she may not. It is a roller coaster of emotions
