Here are two workouts I really enjoy doing!!!! :)

 

On Treadmill
Repeat 3x Through

 

Incline 3.0
Speed Walk 1 min
Run 1 min
Walking Lunges 1 min
25 Wgt'd Pop Squats
Speed Walk  1 min
Sprint   30 sec

 

Incline 6.0
Speed Walk 1 min
Run 1 min
Side Shuffle to left 1 min
Speed Walk 1 min
Side Shuffle to Rt 1 min

 

Incline 9.0
Speed Walk   1 min
Run    1 min
Sprint   30 sec
Speed Walk  1 min
Run  1 min
Sprint   30 sec

 

Plyo Workout

 

Warm-Up

1 min Jumping Jacks
1 min Crunch Twist
:15 Rest
*** Repeat 3x***

 

Workout:

1 min Spider Plank (plank, bring knee to elbow one leg @ a time)
1 min Ice Skaters
1 min Squat to Calf Raise
:30 Rest
*** Repeat 3x ***

 

1 min Plyo Jacks
1 min butt kicks
1 min Side Shuffle
:30 Rest
*** Repeat 3x ***

 

1 min side Lunges (per side)
1 min front kicks (alternating)
1 min pushups
:45 rest
*** Repeat 3x ***

 

30 Leg Raises
40 Crunches
1 min Plank
:45 Rest
*** Repeat 3x ***

I do a lot of home workout videos.

 

I like Turbo Jam, Turbo fire, Zumba. Etc. I also started doing Shaun T hip hop abs.. lol Lame. I know. But it works and its fun.

 

I am def going to try your workout sweet heart aggie.

 

How often during the week do you do this workout?

 

My workouts are good for toning etc. But i need something more cardio to burn the fat lol

Twice a week. But I do two-a-days so I weight train 6x/wk and do cardio 4x/wk. It's how my coach has my training plan. :)
So your doing weight training 6 days a week and then your cardio am/pm twice a week? Or are u doing 4 days and 2 a day cardio? Just trying to up my routine :)

A typical week for me is this: Monday AM: 60 min Cardio PM: Shoulders/Legs Weights Tuesday AM: 60 Min Cardio PM: Back/Bicep Weights Wednesday AM: 60 Min Cardio PM: Legs/Shoulders Thursday AM: 60 Min Cardio PM: Chest/Triceps Friday AM: No Cardio - Sleep In!!!! PM: Legs/Shoulders Saturday AM: Sleep In - No Cardio PM: Plyos/Total Body Weights Sunday Day of Rest - AHHHHHH! :)

Excellent. That is what I will be doing probably a month before. I'm going to follow this. For now I will probably do all workouts am/pm in evening. Finally the snow is melting so I can get outside and rollerblade with my dog. And then I'd do my weights after. As u can see from those pics I posted I wanna work some more on my arms. They were more toned last summer but I have been slacking so gotta get back in that. Probabky start my p90x weight training again :) Cardio I will probably do some kick boxing/rollerblading/HIIT workouts.

Also @ sweetheart I see ur pics of your amazing bod. What are your thoughts in food plans? I like chicken. Not a fish person. Was also thinking of having protein shakes with fruit for breakfast/lunch. What are your thoughts on that. Like whey protein ?
