Hey Ladies! I was hoping You guys could help me since you guys have gotten married there already. For table set up for the semi private reception do i plan this with Carolina in advance through email or does it happen when we are there? Music for walking down the aisle do they have someone to change the songs or should i get one of my someone to do it? I forgot to mention that Im getting married in April 2015,
