Dealing with Perla and Alquimia Events

Has anyone had issues with planning their decor/options through Perla? My wedding is just a month away and we still haven't been able to finalize my invoice because they keep getting the items wrong - it is so frustrating!  And then they told me I need to overnight a Cashier's Check to pay the balance...grrr!

 

Anyone else have issues?
