I posted my template above - I think I did a custom label and played with the dimensions.  If you just download my template and put your own design in there it should work!  Let me know if you have trouble.  I printed a couple of test pages on plain paper and lined it up with my labels to make sure it would be right without wasting any labels.  Good luck!

weird the ones a bought from that website are a sheet of 5x3, not 4x4. guess i will have to create my own haha

I think I read in one of the reviews that if we email them we can ask for a template! As soon as mine arrive in the mail I'll give that a shot if I can't tweak the awesome one we just got thanks to agm04!

They emailed me back Here is the template.. (it is for the one with no seal as they were sold out of the ones with a seal, not sure if it will make a difference or not?)

No problem:) . I just tried to print with that template and it is still off!! I don't know if its just my printer? Let me know if yours worked..
