When to send invitations- how far in advance?

Our wedding is June 27, 2013. we sent out STD in Sept 2012, our invites went out last week with a RSVP date of 2/15/13 and a please book and place deposit date of 3/15/13. Final payment for the trip is due mid April. We figured that would give us a little leeway to chase down stragglers if needed in the end bc that us not something I want to be doing lastvminute!

I'm planning to send our invite out no later than July 2014, and RSVP will be due date to give final headcount for the venues; but I will send emails relating to group accomodation before the RSVP dates, as most of our guests who I think will come have already reply confirming by emails back to us. :-)

Our wedding is June 22, 2013.  We sent save the dates in late August 2012, and our formal invitations went out on January 11, 2013.  Our RSVP date is March 1st, and we're telling people room block is held until March 15 (it's actually the 22nd but you know how people are).

 

We aren't at an all inclusive so there's no final payment to talk about - mostly people are booking on their own.  Hope that helps!

My wedding is on March 20, 2014 and I plan on sending STD on April 1, 2013 I will Send out my formal Invitations in Sept 2013 with RSVP by Dec 2013 Since we have to have a head count 90 days prior for planning purposes.
