Tours from Iberostar Jamaica Please Help :)

I heard theres a tour desk at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach, jamaicatours LTD. I cant find reviews on them and they dont have all the excursions we want. Is it best to advise my guests to book trips before we get there or can the Hotel book any tour company for us when we arrive? We are going in July, any info appreciated :):)
