Thanks for the well wishes! I think you can definitely put chairs on the sand, but I think since it is government property, you need a legitimate business license to do so and pay a permit fee. I think a lot of them are concerned about getting fines because they are conducting business on government property. I'm still working on finding a good wedding coordinator.

Hey there, welcome to the forum. I cant help you with a wedding coordinator but can help you with just about antything else on Oahu. I grew up there so I know the island pretty well. So if you have any questions about locations, venues, etc...let me know.
