Welcome to the forum.

 

You could try Omni Puerto Aventuras Omni Puerto Aventuras Beach Resort - Luxury on Mexico's Mayan Riviera

 

It has only 30 rooms though but it was a very nice place. I was there on a site visit but decided to go with a different location. Emmanuelle, the WC, is great! You could have the wedding on the patio area that overlooks the ocean.
