I'm under 30 days until the wedding and have not been contacted by my on-site coordinator? Anyone else have this issue or know who I can contact?

Hi ladies!! Caught a minutes to post really quick! Met Joseline this morning and had a great walk thru of each of our events. They really do have it together! Did a dry run for hair today and they are SUPERB!!!!! Each of our private events have been spectacular. The service here is undeniably wonderful. 

Each of my 40 guests have never stopped talking about how wonderful everything has been. Once you are here you will relax!! I had more meltdowns the weeks leading up to my wedding than I have had my whole life.... all for nothing. :/

 

Will post again post wedding!!!!

My wedding is June 2016. I have been assigned mine, since like August. But, it could only be because we were planning to do a site vist @@Wafflesmom. Since many of these ladies have their weddings coming up or passed for 2014. We should probably start a new thread for 2015/2016 brides since a lot of changes have been made.

Thanks @@TheBHolders! Did they email you the name of your coordinator and how soon did they notify you after you signed your contract?

Does anyone have a picture of the arrecifes terrace we wanted cocktail hour at bugambilias terrace but wedding co ordinatior emailed saying she would go ahead and book the arrecifes terrace finding this so frustrating

Only 1 more day Jackie!!!  how exciting!  glad everything going so well so far.   

Are you using the resort spa for hair/makeup? 

That's the last thing I need to decide on if to use theirs with credits or Trio team.   hoping for input how the resort spa is doing with the new airbrush makeup.  Just trying to save $ where I can. 

I keep hearing great things about Joseline.  We have Brenda.  Not sure who else on here has her and their experience with Brenda.  Just want everything to go smoothly.

   Keep us posted and can't wait to see pics!

I'm at the salon now at the golf club with my ladies and mothers!! Had my hair trial on Thursday and it was incredible!! Showed Alfredo a picture and he did and even better job than what I had expected!!

Just know that the only place you can get airbrush makeup is in the Nizuc salon or sunrise salon. Didn't know that but I don't really care.

 

I'll post pictures when I return. Everything has been beautiful. Had our first cocktail evening hour at the Caribbean terrace!! Worth the extra money ladies!!

Absolutely stunning. Don't worry about extra decorations for rehearsal and all the cocktail hours. Each even has had little decorative items and has been absolutely beautiful.

We bought a big bose system and hauled it down here. Best $600 I've spent!! We've used it at each event and it's PLENTY loud enough. My FI even hooked up a wireless microphone.

The food has been incredible every where. Italian buffet was a 7/10. The Mexican cocktail menu was a 10!!!

 

I'll post more later!! Hopefully the rain holds off. It's been absolutely beautiful here!! Quite a few sunburns on my guests....
