I just received the latest list of approved vendors for 2014 via email from my coordinator. Has anyone used Grupo Gama for decorations, dance floor, or lighting? The prices seem pretty fair and setup/travel fee is only $250. I just want to know how their service and products are before booking! Still waiting to hear back about Zuniga about their prices for 2014.

I will private message you. I have both Zuniga and Gama Grupos catalog with prices. My coordinator has been super responsive and helpful with coordinating everything I would like from Grupo. I've received 3 different updated quotes within 2 days. This is pretty good since response time seems to be a little slow!

Hi everyone! Has anyone had any experience with the on-site approved photographers at Moon Palace? I am wondering if its worth paying the outside vendor fee or if the approved vendor photographers do a fine job. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks all!

Hi I have just booked moon palace for 2015 I would also like to know if anyone has used mp photographer and also wether using mp photographer or another photographer did you have photos before you left mexico or were they sent to you. Thanks

@ jackielemman... I used the onsite photographer, Ocean Studio, for both photo and video and I loved them! As with anything else in life I read such mixed reviews about them but decided to use them since the prices were great and I did not want to deal with a vendor fee. I felt they really captured our wedding and knew the resort really well (since their office is onsite) so they knew where to take the best pictures! They took a lot of pictures of the bridal party on the beach which I LOVED and I seriously look at them every day! They are not all on there but all of the ones that they put in my albums are on there so you can at least get a good idea!

@@natalie25... we used Ocean Photo and we received our photos and video about a month after the wedding!

Thanks 4 reply did you have cd with pics or just album really want mine before we fly home as wanted to have a screen with them on at wedding party the week after. The vendor fee def puts me off

Does anyone have a list of preferred/approved vendors? The "WC" is giving me the run around.I would really appreciate it!

I am getting so aggravated with the resort and my TA. People in the hospitality and travel industry sure are great at playing stupid.
