Hi ladies! When did you meet with your on site coordinator to go over the last minute details about your wedding? I am trying to make a basic itinerary for us and our guests and I wanted to schedule it in...is it usually the day after you arrive? Thanks for your help!!!

I met with my coordinator on a monday morning, after arriving on saturday afternoon! She will go over everything wth you, have you taste the cake flavors (vanilla, chocolate, or caribbean fruit), walk you around the property to pick your ceremony & reception spot (I got married on the beach and had my reception in the garden) and answer any and all questions for you. She will also be with you the day of the wedding to make sure everything flows!! They are extremely sweet & helpful! good luck
