I was overweight after I had my twins in 2005.  In 2001 I joined 'My Fitness Pal' after repeated attempts trying everything program, shake, and/or pill known to man and I have lost 88lbs.   In December 2013 I had a tummy tuck because I was shot.  Gives me alot more confidence to be the center of attention at my wedding!!!

But summer always gets the best of me, and I generally put on about 10 lbs -- too much beer and having fun at the lake, etc.

After my birthday in a few weeks, I am going hardcore to my first dress fitting!!!

Would love some accountability partners on here!

re: weight watchers, I have used it and it works!   But I find adding exercise makes it work better, for longer, and it makes your shape nicer.  Just from my experience.

15-day-tea-detox

I mostly eat healthy, but for the 2 weeks before my wedding I did a protein and salad diet, it is a little bit hard, but for people like me who hates working out and doesn't have a lot of time worked really well!

Only days diet work for me, specially now!

Morning: 1 protein shake + 1 tip of peanut butter

lunch: 1 salad very low fat low calorie dressing

Afternoon: 1 shake + 1 tbs peanut butter

dinner: 1 hige fiber salad( exemplo brocoli and chicken)

Before bed: 1 shake

Plus I drank tea all day!

Brazilian Slimming tea from amazon

Going to class motivated me in a group setting and focused on total body toning with extra focus on the core, which was my target area. The class bridges the mind and body to improve overall well being while fulfilling my fitness goals—a perfect workout to clear my head from the stressful planning leading up to the wedding! It was my favorite hour of the day and really kept me balanced. The class also taught me that you do not need to use heavy weights to get toned arms.
