Yes it seems they do.  If you click on the link and scroll to the bottom it says all the restaurants have gluten free options.  I looked into it because my mother is gluten free   Hope this helps!

Perfect! My soon to be brother in law is gluten intolerant. He is scared to go to Mexico and I would have hated that he didn't attend because they didn't have gluten free food. Thanks so much!
