Hi Melissa! We also booked Gilda! Could you post up a short review of your wedding afterward, esp of Gilda? I would appreciate it! I have not heard of Ron Weber, but we are using Teresa as well! Are you doing anything for your guests such as an outting one day or night? -Lauren

I will try my best to post a full review of all my vendors. Gilda seems awesome so far. She always replies to my e-mails so quickly and anything I ask for she assures me she can do. Crossing my fingers for us both!

 

We are on a tight budget so I haven't planned anything other than the wedding as a group. I'm sure a group of us will end up doing something together anyways I just want it to happen naturally where I am not in charge. LOL

Hey Lauren,

 

We were thinking of having our guests shuttled over to the downtown/squid row area for one night as a "Welcome" party.  Since we will probably be having guests stay at different resorts, this is probably the most efficient (budget-wise) for me and my fi.  There's a small bar called Happy Endings that has 3 large beer pong tables, when I went to Cabo on vacation last November, we had a blast and the parents were just sitting there laughing at us.  We plan to head there early and try to save a couple of table tops and beer pong tables for our guests for a welcome party.  Then maybe to Jungle Bar (Next to Cabo Wabo, and sooo much cheaper for drinks) afterwards to go listen to the live band and do a little dancing!

To LeAnn, how much was Dj Ricardo? I've read so many good reviews about him and want to consider him. But I also  have to consider my budget as well. Thank you!

I just got back from my wedding in Cabo at the Sunset Da Mona Lisa and we used Pacific Sound, Joaquin Virgilio he did a great job and he was very affordable, I would recommend him to anyone. My group was a fun party group and he kept the energy going all night. His email is below

We are paying him about $250.00 an hour or so.  We have him booked for 5.5 hours - he is also handling our ceremony music and cocktail hour.  For those we have to make our won ipod playlist.  He is great so far and answers my emails super quick.  We met him at Dreams when we went in October for our site visit!
