Tuesday workout

I know we are supposed to add exercises, but I am going to concentrate on abs each morning and maybe add some to my evening routine.

This morning I did more than yesterday, yay!

 

Here is what I did from 'TammyB's Abs of Steel'

(Insteal of Tami Lee's Abs of Steel -haha!)

 

50 - Crunch - Lying on your back and knees bent; lift your shoulders off the floor. The emphasis is on moving the ribs towards the hips.

50- Alternating side crunches

25- Exercise for love handle -Twist from side to side

25- Exercise for love handle -Side bends
