Wedding at Riu Palace - new wedding coordinator?

I'm getting married at the Riu Palace in Cabo on 8/17/13!!

 

I've had a terrible experience so far with the Riu and getting pricing. Pretty much my wedding coordinator will not email me back or hasn't even reached out to me yet. And it's been 3 weeks since we've booked there!

 

I've read some pretty bad things about the wedding coordinator I have been allocated (Kylene Valle). Do any brides out there have any better WC's at the Riu Palace? I want to email corporate and get another one since she will not respond to me!
