As far as shrinking it down I guess I would open a word or Publisher doc and insert the picture then grab the corners to shrink it to size. You may have to print a few before you find just the right size. I am doing the same thing but I found really inexpensive square charms at Michaels that have a loop on the top so I can attach them to the frame. I hope this makes sense my mind and laptop tell me it's 12:11am and I should be curled up next to my FH!

it's also pretty easy to shrink a picture in powerpoint...

I ordered mine at photojewelery.com and I am waiting it to arrive is a double side photo silver heart where I am going to place the pics of my grandmas ( they past away this year), I will crop the pics at power point as Shelley said... is quick and easy.
