Finally got prof pics back from photog... I LOVED my Maggie Dress!! ..... I wore a Mermaid Slip to make the bottom pop a bit more and it was extremely hot!!! Halfway through the reception I had my MOH pull it off, and it was near impossible with the corset tied so tight around it!! I thought I was going to have a stroke!  It does make a difference in how the dress looked for pictures so it was worth the discomfort in the end!

So with only 142 days left to the wedding, I finally decided on a dress and ordered it today!!  I don't have any pics of myself in the dress, but here's a pic of the model. So now I have to decide on jewelry.  I'm thinking of BIG earrings and a bracelet.  No necklace.

Hi RachelHolmes21. The designer is Dere Kiang and on the website it's got a listing as to where you can find their dresses. I got the dress at Ballett's in Kitchener, Ontario.  It's the lightest dress I've ever worn!

I vote yes to the belt too- I think it makes one look skinnier in the midsection. (I didn't like it at first either and then I tried a dress on with it an dI think it makes it look better)
