Show us your wedding dress!

So, I have a dress & no place to wear it!!  I bought my dress this past weekend, but we haven't booked a resort yet.  We are still waiting for our TA to give us some prices.  I wasn't planning on buying a dress so early, but my Mom was in town this past weekend & probably won't be back until Thanksgiving or Christmas.  This is the best picture I have.

Thanks Cindy.  Well I will be coming from the Toronto area so I will have a call into them when I know exactly what weekend to make sure they have my dress in.  I don't want it to be a useless trip . . i would be upset travelling all that way for a dress they didnt have in stock.

I tried on dresses there. I wasn't wild about my experience. I felt they were pushy and just wanted me to buy something. Pretty much every dress, the sales person would tell me looked good and I should get it when some clearly did not. Also she didn't have clips and it is really hard to see what a dress looks like on you when you have to hold it up the whole time. Also a lot of the dresses that I really loved from the website, they didn't have in the store for me to try on. Could just be the salesperson I had but I wasn't wowed by them. In terms of sizing, I found the dresses to be about 1 size bigger. I.e. I wear an 8 and the size 10 dresses fit me best.

I got this dress from David's Bridal & it's their brand. The sash is attached, itsn't it pretty? It ties in the back into a long bow. here is the link. By the way, just incase your interested in the dress, they say it's Taffeta but it's not really. I hate Taffeta! This "tafetta" material feels like a paper towel actually, LOL. Which is weird but it makes it so light and comfortable!
