Hopefully I did this right, but here is my dress!! I can't wait to wear it!

I went to my first fitting yesterday and the dress fits better than I expected.  I can't wait to finally get to wear it, only 2 more months until my wedding.  Getting excited!!!

this just might be mine ... went looking and trying on for the first time yesterday and so far, this is it! i just couldn't commit without at least checking out another shop besides david's bridal, ya know? it's *not at all* what i had in mind either, but very appropriate for a seaside wedding in mexico!

Hi Ladies!

 

Here is a pic of my dress but now I kind of wish I would have gotten a big poofy princess dress. Maybe I will buy another one and wear one to the ceremony and one to the reception...

 

David's Bridal - Bridal Gowns VW9340 Beaded lace trumpet with godet inserts at skirt hem and charmeuse sash.

I've never fallen in love with a piece of clothing like this!

I'm usually indecisive, and I didn't like anything that I saw in magazines. So I was surprise to find my dream dress only a week after my engagement.

My fiancee and I went to have my engagement ring resized, and this dress was on display at the atelier ACROSS THE STREET from where he got the ring! How convenient!

I wanted to try on other dresses just in case, but nothing fit me better than the one. I wasn't too keen on strapless dresses either, which seems to be the trend these days. This dress was beautiful, but I look short in it.

I had posted the link to my dress and never posted a pic of me in it. This was the day we found it- of course it wasn't my size- so the back will obviously look different.

 

By my first fitting I WILL have the corsette back tighter.(BL season4) :)
