alternate idea for a sand ceremony?

Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternate idea for a sand ceremony? We are doing our ceremony on a cliff and we are not all that much into the beachy theme but I love the idea of the two things coming together...suggestions anyone?

there's the unity candle idea too. we just did the hand blessing.

I thought about the unity candle but I know it will be windy. What is the hand blessing? Our Vows talk about hands so they way tie in.

If you like the candle unity ceremony, you can put a big candle in a vase... that way the wind won't blow away the flame

i cried watching anns video with the hand ceremony. Then when I tried to tell my mom about the hand ceremony I cried while trying to explain it. We will probably do the hand ceremony (if I can keep it together)!
