A-line or empire?

I'm narrowing down my choices of the dresses, and cannot decide between 2 silhouettes and possible length. I'm hesitating between a-line tea length dresses. Something like famous Justin Alexander 8465 or Maggie Sottero Santorini.

Or empire floor length. BCBG Timona is an inspiration for this look.

 

 

We are having the ceremony in a very casual style. Going barefoot too. I'm a size 4 pear shaped.

 

What would you girls go for?

Oh, I should also mention that I'm not really planning to get exactly these dresses. It's more of an inspiration.

And I'm going to wear a birdcage veil.

If your sassy enough to pull off Tha tea length A-line go for it! It's a super cute look that you don't see all the time.

Between the the two silhouettes, I think a birdcage veil is best suited for the A-line tea length.  And I love tes length dresses I think they're classic but sassy.

Thanks ladies. I thought that empire one would give a romantic look, and the light fabric could work nicely in the sea breeze. A-line tea length on the other hand is indeed a rather unique cute look.

I guess I'm starting to lean towards the a-line...

I think you'll need to go try them on.  Everything changes when you actually put the dress on.  Just go into the store with both ideas and see which works best!
