The airplane pack sounds like the nicest thing ever and I wish I had thought of that!!!  So cute!

 

For my wedding, I did one bag per room, and then insulated mugs for each person.

I think I will do one per couple and for the ladies that are sharing a room I will give them their own bags.

We were planning on doing one per room for couples and per person for singles. I really like your idea of including an extra bag if there are 2 people in the room that would use them! I think I will def do this!

 

In the end, I think it is whatever you are most comfortable with and can afford.
