Here are the basic keys to the best deal. 1. Only purchase and item that is on sale, preferably clearance 2. Choose the smallest size of the item 3. Have a manufacturer AND store coupon 4. If you live in a state that allows double couponing have 2 of each coupon. Check out crazycoyponlady.com
