Wedding Coordinator/Resort Questions

I have found it takes awhile to hear back...,so I would suggest making a question list and then sending it after a few days so you can add everything possible to it. I use this technique with dr appt too lol. Bc otherwise I always forget important details...it's frustrating not to hear from the planner for a few days but it's more efficient to get 10 questions answered at once then waiting 5 days for only 1 question

For details Ive just been sending pictures of what I want- If it is something that they can accomidate, then she will tell me, if it is not I ask her to describe what she can work out.

 

I tend to stick with pictures that the resort has on weddings they have already performed, that way I KNOW that they can accomidate. As far as special requests, I do my best to create diagrams and send them to her- she just adds it to my file, and hopefully it will cut some of the planning stress when we arrive at the resort.
