Barcelo Maya Beach Bonfire Welcome Party

Hi,

Has anyone done the Beach Bonfire party at the Barcelo Maya. We have about 60 guests and were thinking this could be a fun thing to do for our welcome party. I haven't been able to find any information on costs for this and or how to organize. If you have any suggestions or information please pass along.

 

We will be there on Jan 26th, 2013..

Our wedding date is June 28th, 2014 at the Barcelo Maya Palace.  We are thinking of flying out a photographer from Los Angeles, Ca.
