How you got your Welcome Bags on the Cruise

I have 22 welcome bags. They are 10 1/2 x 8 gift bags. Any ideas on how to get them on the cruise along with my dress and my bag? Getting married Nov 8, 2012 Port of Tampa, Carnival Paradise.

Id be really interested in finding out how you got the welcome bags to everyones room!

Carnival allowed me to take a porter cart with the 2 boxes holding my bags. The boxes had to fit through the scanners in security. I had designated a person to take care of my favor tables at the reception, so at the end of the reception, they placed the bags on the favor table. I printed names and room numbers on the tags attached to the bags.

This is a great idea!!  I am just worried that my non-sailing guests will feel left out.  I am hoping to have them delivered, and if they can't do that we will hand them out at dinner the first night.
