STD Postcard (with RSVP)

I am wanting to make a DIY postcard STD that also has some sort of an RSVP on it as I would like to send out the STD to all and then only send out invitations to those who have RSVP'd to come to the destination wedding .... Does that make sense at all ha

 

If anyone else has done this idea pictures would be very helpful

I think people have done something like what you're describing with boarding pass STDs.  Maybe do a search for boarding pass postcard?  I think there's usually a piece that tears off to mail.
