Very last resort try Hobby Lobby,Lillian Vernon, or JC Penney. All stores had them on sale for a while... I would've purchased since the clearance price was cheaper than the rental but couldn't bare packing yet another item.

 

The tables were the one area that I didn't budge on ... Thanks I loved them too

Here are some pics of my very simple table ( I did one large table for everyone). I rented the votive holders & vases from my WC, bought the flowers direct from a florist & just had them deliver cut stems. I brought the votive candles & chair ties with me.
