We are paying $30 per person for the cocktails and canapés that we are having set up on the terrace. The wedding will be on the beach but I didn't like the idea of food on sand, plus a change in scenery will be good. I am so comforted to hear you saw the hotel and loved it since I wasn't able to do a site visit, thank you! I will most definitely post pictures and tips I learn to help you and others out!

The package I put together with Rosy includes my bouquet and the groom's boutonnière. We added tropical flowers for the ceremony for $350, boutonnières for our dads at $15 each and corsages for moms at $20 each. Bridesmaid bouquets are $45 each. Rosy has pictures of flowers to choose from.

We ran across an amazing centerpiece idea at a Barcelo wedding.....  a hand sculpture of the bride + groom wearing their new rings, and set in a beach base.....an awesome keepsake of the day! It's done by a local artist and really adds a unique touch to the head table.

Quick question: for those who did the hotel tour before booking the wedding did they give you any special rates to stay a few days? I know some resorts fly you for free if you decide to do the wedding with them.
