Anyone getting married in Riu Palace Riviera Maya in 2013 using Apple Vacations wedding services?

We are planning a wedding for June 2013.  I do not have the $ to hire a wedding planner or the time to do it myself.  I could do it but don't have the time.  We are leaning toward using Apple Vacations wedding services.  We have traveled often using Apple Vacations and have had nothing but good things to say.  However, this is a wedding we are planing not a 7-10 day all inclusive vacation and I think I was an event planner in a past life and would love to hear some feedback on your experience, thoughts, comments, positives and negatives you had using them to coordinate your wedding.  Thank you in advance for your help.
