Outside Photographers Allowed at Barcelo?

Hi, me and my fiance are getting married at the Barcelo Riviera Maya Deluxe on May 21, 2013.  I just saw the fine print on the wedding packages that was sent to me, stating that NO outside photographers are allowed.  I am wild about my photographer, and do not want to have a problem.  Any feedback is GREATLY appreciated!!

Congrats JoieNJay0521 + welcome to the forum! to get around the no outside vendor policy, the couples we shoot for book us into the Barcelo for 2 nights, and we have no problem after that. You either have to pay a $500 fee to not use their photographer or have them as a guest (pay for at least 2 nights). So if your photographer is a guest at your wedding you will have no problems!
