I ordered my STD's from Vistaprint and they were delivered yesterday!! However, our mailman decided to leave them by the door without knocking to see if anyone was home and since the box wouldn't find in my mailbox it was ruined by the rain.

Not just the box, but the contents. And so the postcards and envelops have been ruined! I'm going to email Vistaprint to let them know what happened and hopefully to get them replaced. I'm trying not get get too upset, I'm just made that this puts my schedule of getting them out by Friday behind :(

Aww, I'm sorry to see that. Total bummer, but Vistaprint is actually pretty good about stuff like this. I had a problem with some pens I ordered and they sent me new pens without question. Good luck with everything. I feel your pain about your timeline as well. I just had to order more save the dates after I mailed out my original batch back in June!

You know, i always have the same complaint about the post office, they NEVER ring a bell or try to deliver it to someone that's probably sitting home waiting for their package!! It's happened many times, with very expensive items that could have been stolen or damaged!

I would first file a claim with the post office and also send these pictures to Vistaprint & I'm sure they'll send you replacements.

After emailing Vistaprint, without question they're expediting a replacement order :D free of charge and the new order should arrive by Monday! Whew! Vistaprint has great customer service!! They sincerely apologized and even sent me discount coupons to use towards a future order that I will definitely put to use. I can't wait to get them (STDs) and will share pics when I do!
