I am getting married April 23, 2013 in Punta Cana DR - and am looking for creative favor ideas. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hi Lisa! We are doing welcome bags for our guests, and the resort will be putting them in the rooms for us, I'll share what we have going in them. Bags themselves: cheaptotes.com88cents, going to iron on a simple design after printing them out on transfer paper: 18 transfers for $30 Shotglasses: little thing favors.com, 99cents each with a minimum 40 order plus 38$ personalization charge. Great ideas! I also got buri fans for the guests during the ceremony, and the welcome bags I got for about .55 cents each at Oriental Trading. We're also purchasing little compact mirrors as favors from littlethingsfavors.com. Buri fans sell out from time to time, so if you can't find them on beforetheidos.com, try Oriental Trading. They're about the same price

I was planning on just doing welcome bags and no favors. We are also having an AHR and I will do favors there.

I think we are doing travel mugs (bubba keg style) and luggage tags because I know for sure they'll get used. We'll probably give them out before our departure.
