Any other 2014 brides here getting an early start?

Hey curlygirlnpearl,

 

Hard Rock Cancun sounds like it has to be a good time!!   I will be sending my STD out next month - I just finished the design of them and I can't wait to get them out : )  When do you plan on sending your invites?

Completely, totally bummed.  I just found out that my top choice for my wedding venue, Grand Coral, is slapping a $2000 site fee on top of any costs for the menu.  I feel like I'm starting from ground zero.

Oh my gosh!  That totally sucks : (  I understand how you feel... when I found out I couldn't get my date I was devastated - I think I even said "never mind about getting married then"  I was so upset.   It took me a few days to even try to think of a new date and many more to be okay with it.

 

Did you have an other place you had looked into that might still work?

I completely had envisioned my wedding and reception in that space.    Grand Coral Beach Club was my top choice, and there was nothing else that came even close.

I hope you haven't sent out any info to your guest yet....  How many people are you inviting?

No invites or save the dates, but now I'm worried that I'll have to cut the list even more if I have it off-resort.

How many people are you hoping to invite?  I'm only having 20 (maybe only 18).

 

Is the place you were going to do it at all inclusive?

Oh sorry, I forgot to include that! I had planned for 60 at the maximum.  At this rate, FH and I will be eloping! LOL
