Any other 2014 brides here getting an early start?

Well I'm getting the Ikea Tolsbey picture frames which allow 2 photos in a frame back to back. On one side, the table name (we're naming the tables after St. Vincent and the grenadines and beach destinations in DR, to bring both places together) and on the other side the I Spy Game

I wish i would pay 60k for a wedding. i don't think i would(i know i wouldn't ) even if i had that kinda money. lol

So apparently it is still asshole wedding guests week. Question: is it true that usually people who have engagement parties don't have bridal showers? Is this a rule I'm unaware of? So here goes my cousin asking me if im having a bridal shower and i just said im not sure, and he hits me with this. Right because men know so much?? I don't get what an engagement party would have to do with a bridal shower. Am I bugging?

My opinion... One has NOTHING to do with the other... One is an announcement of your engagement and a notification of the date of the wedding... The other is all about the bride.. Showering you with gifts before you become a mrs. This is just my opinion of course **. Brush your shoulder off hunni**

and i was soo frustrated, then when he got home last night we had to go to emergency room. my nephew(his nephew) 16 years old, shot and killed himself about 2:30 am. soo tragic, so i['ll be frustrated again tonight.

Omg - you just reminded me I need to get my ass going on my invites and rsvps! today my FI told me not to do invites because I have completely gone overboard already.  I was thinking "omg - if he only knew what I had planned!"

My fiance said i was doing a lot and than i reminded him how much ppl will spend to go to our wedding and an OOT bag is so much better than a weddng favor

So i started cutting the RSVP cards......thank god i got 3 months to finsh them all lol! Oy andi folded all my basic spanish for dummies brochures i made (DIY) on publisher yay
