"honeymoon" after destination wedding in Riviera Maya area

Does anyone have ideas or could share what they did after the wedding for a honeymoon type day/days. We will have a lot of friends and family at the resort for the week (like us) and would like to have at least the day after the wedding for ourselves and trying to think of fun and romantic things to do

Some resorts give a Honeymoon packaet that includes romantic dinner in the beach, couple massages, breckfast in bed, ....
