Hi, I am getting married there in July of 2013 and I was wondering if anyone knew if I was required to have my reception at ROR. I am looking into The Ruins as an option also. Any help is appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Congrats to you, Soon2b2013!

 

I'm getting married there myself in October but a friend of mine attended a wedding last summer. They all stayed at the Riu but the ceremony and receptoin was offsite, so I truly don't see it being a problem as many people do it all the time.
